Install 2" Iso Over Concrete Deck in Insulation Adhesive. 3. Install 60 Mill Tpo Over Iso in Jet Bond Adhesive. 4. Flash Curbs and Penetrations Per Manufacturer's Specifications. 5. Install New 24-guage Kynar Coated Edge Metal, Gutters and Downspouts. 6. Issue 20-year Manufacturer's Labor and Material Warranty. Existing Walls: 1. Exterior Brick Cleaning and Tuckpointing. 2. Application of Water Repellent. 3. Repair Plaster Wall and Masonry Coating. 4. Installation of Flashing Above Steel Window Lintels. 5. Re-lay Brick Units Above Windows With Weep Holes. 6.
