The City is seeking a qualified vendor to refurbish the existing Greenway Basketball Court (1) and Willard Park Tennis Court (1). The scope of work for the Greenway Basketball Court includes the removal of the existing asphalt court and the construction of a new asphalt basketball court with fencing. Additionally, the project requires the construction of a 2-meter-wide asphalt trail, the installation of benches, fine grading, and sod restoration for any disturbed areas. The refurbishment of Willard Park Tennis Court involves the removal of the existing asphalt courts and the construction of new acrylic-coated asphalt tennis courts, along with the installation of new fencing. The City is looking for a qualified vendor to carry out refurbishment of the existing Greenway Basketball Court located at 105 Glamis Road, near Avenue Road and Franklin Boulevard in Cambridge, Ontario; including the removal of an existing asphalt basketball court and the construction of a new asphalt basketball court with fencing, 2 m wide asphalt trail, installation of benches, fine grading, and sod restoration as required for disturbed areas. The refurbishment of Willard Park Tennis Court located at 85 Beechwood Road, near St. Andrews Street and Southwood Drive in Cambridge, Ontario; including the removal of an existing asphalt tennis courts and the construction of a hard-court asphalt surface with acrylic surface tennis courts completed with black vinyl chain-link fencing and fabric wrapped perforated drainage tile trench. Includes full restoration, fine grading and seed. The Contractor shall have all work completed within 30 working days. If the installation cannot be completed by October 31, 2024, based on the contractors planned schedule, pricing will need to be held based on the submission in 2024.
