Site work and paving for a library in Cordova, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a library; and for paving for a library.
Removal of existing parking lot, trench drain system, sidewalk, retaining wall and construction of a new retaining wall and parking lot and 5 additional parking stalls on 4 th Street. The parking area shall be constructed of PCC pavement. The retaining wall shall be segmental block wall. The Cordova District Library is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encouragesSection3, minority and women owned contractors to submit bids for this work. The Cordova District Library also encourages bidders to consider hiring subcontractors and employees of Section 3, minority and women owned contractors. Contractor awarded this work will be responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to this project including the State of Illinois requirements relating to prevailing wage and preference to citizens on public works. The Cordova District Library reserves the right to determine the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; to waive irregularities, and to reject any or all bids.
