Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cordova, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
1. Great River Trail Resurfacing - RICFPD will require unit price bid. Project consists of Bituminous Materials (Tack Cot SS-1) Hot-Mix Asphalt (HMA) Surface Removal - Butt Joint, HMA Surface Course, HMA Remove and Replace, Full Depth, HMA Skip Patch and 10'x10' PCC Sidewalk 6-Inch with Detectable Warnings. Copies of the IMPACT Agreement are available from the Illowa Construction Labor and Management Council, 2112 53rd Street, Moline, IL 61265, (563) 940-6094. The most current general prevailing wage rates for Rock Island County shall be paid for each craft or type of worker needed to execute the contract. IDNR Grant funded project with all materials Illinois Department of Transportation approved and documentation required. The Rock Island County Forest Preserve District reserves the right to reject any bids and to waive technicalities or irregularities.
