Description

Renovation of a parking garage in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

Work under this Contract is to replace tension deficient post-tensioned (PT) strands in order to restore the structural integrity to the affected slabs. The work is to be phased such that a maximum of 25 parking stalls are lost due to construction activities at any one time. The three PT strands to be replaced above the entrance ramp on level 6 (Level 8 Transverse Strands) are to be replaced in a manner such that the access to the parking garage is maintained at all times. The work is to commence immediately. Bidders eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tender have been previously selected through the process of Request for Supplier Qualifications 16-2425-RFSQ. Only those pre-qualified firms from 16-2425-RFSQ shall be eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tender. Documents can be obtained at: https://www.biddingo.com
