CityHousing Hamilton wishes to revitalize the front entrance canopies and fencing at 185 and 206 Jackson St. E. located in Hamilton, Ontario. The structure of the canopies consists of an exposed welded steel hollow structural sections (HSS) structure and sheet metal box cladding with back-lit signage. The canopy structure at 185 Jackson St. E. has columns supporting the front of the beams, while the canopy structure at 206 Jackson St. E. is cantilevered from the face of the building. The Work is to commence immediately upon issuance of a Purchase Order and Substantial Performance must be achieved by December 20, 2024.
