The City of Marianna invites qualified individuals/firms to submit Proposals for Grant Administration and/or Statements of Qualifications for Engineering Services for a Community Development Block Grant funded through the Florida Department of Commerce. Proposal requirements for CDBG Grant Administration Services and/or Engineering Services may be requested by contacting the City of Marianna Grants Coordinator Nikki Mayberry at 2895 Jefferson Street Marianna, FL 32446, by email at nmayberry@mariannafl.city, or by telephone at (850) 718-1025. Submittal envelopes for Grant Administration must be sealed and marked with the RFP number, "Grant Administration", due date, and name of respondent. If more than one envelope is needed, please mark "1 of 2", "2 of 2", etc. Submittal envelopes for Engineering Services must be sealed and marked with the RFQ number, "Engineering Services", due date, and name of respondent. If more than one envelope is needed, please mark "1 of 2", "2 of 2", etc. Small business and minority businesses, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals, and firms using such subcontractors are strongly encouraged to solicit such firms in the subcontracting process. Any Contracts/subcontracts issued under this procurement must comply with the necessary affirmative steps to assure that minority businesses, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are used, when possible, in accordance with 2 CFR 200.321
