The City of Marianna, Florida (City), is seeking statement of qualifications and proposals from qualified firms (Developer) for the opportunity to develop and maintain City-owned property at 4423 Constitution Lane, Marianna, FL 32448 (Parcel ID: 03-4N-10-0079-0000-0040). The City’s desire is to convert this building into a use that enhances the viability of downtown Marianna as a place to live, work, and an entertainment destination. The selected developer will recommend programs for the building's use and operation, enter into a development agreement with the City to execute a development plan in line with the developer’s proposed use, and enter into a five-year lease with the City to implement an operational plan to ensure successful activation and stabilization. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive minor defects in the process and to accept the proposal deemed by the City to be in the City's best interest.
