In accordance with the provisions of the California Public Contract Code Section 3300, the Agency has determined that the Contractor shall be required to possess a valid California Class A General Engineering Contractor License(s) at the time that the Contract is awarded, and shall maintain said license(s) in good standing at all times during performance of the Work. The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Cost for this Project is Two Million, One Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Dollars ($2,195,000.00) for the Base Bid items, Three Hundred FortyEight Thousand Dollars ($348,000.00) for the Alternate 1 Bid Items, and Five Hundred TwentySeven Thousand Dollars ($527,000.00) for the Alternate 2 Bid Items. All work shall be completed in every detail to the satisfaction of the Agency within [One Hundred (100 days)] Working Days for all Base Bid item work if awarded, along with an additional [Twenty (20 days)] Working Days for Alternate 1 item work if awarded, and an additional [Thirty five (35 days)] Working Days for Alternate 2 item work if awarded, after the date of the NOTICE TO PROCEED.
