Renovation of an educational facility in Eureka, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project consists of installation of a new chiller unit. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades required for a complete project). There will not be a non-mandatory pre-bid walk for this project. Question Deadline 08/05/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Final Addendum: August 7, 2024, at 5:00pm local time (or earlier). Successful bidder shall begin the Work upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Work is subject to liquidated damages. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $500.00 per day until a certificate of substantial completion is issued. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after opening of bids. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
