Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Arborg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for an exterior refresh and site works in a motel style building with 33 occupied units. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of the exterior vinyl siding, windows and doors and raingear. Site work will correct the negative grading, landscaping, replacement of broken sidewalk pavers. Work site location will be occupied during construction. A performance bond of fifty percent (50%) of the contract price for the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen performance bond included as Appendix 4 of Schedule A (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement A labour and material payment bond of Fifty Percent (50%) of the cost of the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen labour and material payment bond included as Appendix 4 of Schedule B (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement.
