TIMELINE: Contract for consulting engineering services was awarded following request for proposals (RFP) # 2024-04 / reference # 20030677. Further update in winter/spring, 2026. Note: Request for proposals (# 2024-03 / reference number 20009651) for consulting engineering services to complete preliminary engineering studies, conceptual design and cost evaluation of the project had been cancelled.
