The Duncanville Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for Fire Suppression System and Related Services. The District is seeking highly qualified vendors to provide the District with the purchase, installation, inspection, maintenance and repair of fire alarm panels, fire sprinkler suppression systems and intrusion alarms on an "as needed" basis. Fire suppression system services may consist of inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, service upgrades, new installations, emergency repairs on panels, sprinkler systems, and intrusion alarm systems during normal business hours, evenings, weekends and holidays. The period of performance is for one (1) year with the option to renew for three (3) additional years in one year increments. The District reserves the right to postpone the deadline through an addendum, as needed. The District also reserves the right to reject any or all proposal(s) and to accept the proposal(s) which offer the best advantage to DISD. Awards will be made to multiple vendors. Proposers will be notified of the district's decision.
