Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,630-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a 5,280-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Steel BP 4 Rough Carpentry BP 5 Cabinetry & Trim BP 6 Roofing BP 7 Doors, Frames, & Hardware BP 8 Storefront & Glazing BP 9 Drywall & Acoustical BP 10 Floor Covering BP 11 Painting BP 12 Specialties BP 13 Window Coverings BP 14 Plumbing BP 15 HVAC BP 16 Electrical Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of (100%) of the Contract amount may be required within (10) days after receipt of a properly prepared agreement between Beniton and the Trade Contractor. Costs for bonds shall be included as an alternate to the trade contractor's bid amount The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality or irregularity, and award a contract that is deemed in the best interest of the Owner. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained from the office of Beniton Construction, located at 389 SW 5th Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, 83642. A deposit of $250.00 is required and is refundable as long as Bidder submits a proposal for this project and returns the contract documents, in good condition, within 10 days of bid date.
