Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Weiser, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Question Deadline 09/26/2024 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Bid Security May Be In The Form Of A Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashiers Check Or Cash In The Amount Of 5% Of The Amount Of The Bid Proposal. Said Bid Security Shall Be Forfeited To City Of Weiser As Liquidated Damages Should The Successful Bidder Fail To Enter Into Contract In Accordance With Their Bid Documents As Specified In The Instructions To Bidders. City Of Weiser Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Proposals, Waive Any Nonmaterial Irregularities In The Bids Received, And To Accept The Proposal Deemed Most Advantageous To The Best Interest Of The City. The Project Consists Of Replacing And Improving Commercial Street Between State Street And East 3rd Street. The Project Improvements Will Include The Reconstruction Of The Roadway, Repair Of A Local Depression In The Roadway Following Removal Of An Inoperative Truck Scale In The Commercial Street Right-of-way, Construction Of Curb And Gutter, And The Addition Of Ada Compliant Pedestrian Ramps. Bids Will Be Received For A Single Prime Contract. Bids Shall Be On A Lump Sum And Unit Price Basis, With Additive Alternate Bid Items As Indicated.
