Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Weiser, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of constructing concrete sidewalk, ADA compliant pedestrian ramps, asphalt pathway and painted pavement markings. The Bid Security may be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said Bid Security shall be forfeited to City of Weiser as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their Bid Documents as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. City of Weiser reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City. Question Deadline 03/18/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
