Renovation of an educational facility in Weiser, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Construction Services to the Weiser School District. One Contractor will be chosen. WSD is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for construction services, including roof replacement and repair, to remove the existing roofing from the High School Auxiliary Gym, excluding the existing standing seam metal roofing, and replace it with a new low slope roofing system. TIME FOR BEGINNING AND COMPLETION: The work, which the Contractor is required to perform under thisContract,shall be commenced on the time stipulated by the Ownerin the "Notice to Proceed" to the Contractor, estimated on 6/1/2025. Substantial completion shall be completed by 8/1/2025. Final completion shall be completed by 8/13/2025. SCOPE OF WORK In general, this project consists of removing and replacing the existing roofing membrane, flashing, and associated accessories, along with the installation of a new roofing system. This includes approximately 25,000 sf of new 80MIL TPO roofing system. A unit price is requested separately to replace any damaged or degraded insulation.
