Renovation of an educational facility in Weiser, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work consists of providing construction services to School District No. 431, specifically for roof replacement and repair at Park Intermediate School. The scope requires removal of the existing roofing and installation of new asphalt shingles. Only one contractor will be selected to carry out the work. Interested contractors must submit sealed bids in accordance with the specified requirements and format. Question Deadline 04/29/2026 Submit all questions about the Drawings and Contract Documents to the Architect in writing. Replies will be issued to all prime bidders of record as Addenda to the Plans and Specifications and will become part of the Contract. The Program Manager will not be responsible for oral clarification. Questions received less than seven (7) calendar days before the bid opening cannot be answered.
