9th Street to County Rd 70 Waterline The Project consists of boring a 10-inch waterline under an existing railway at the intersection of 9th Street and West Idaho Street to County Road 70. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Bid Security may be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said Bid Security shall be forfeited to City of Weiser as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their Bid Documents as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. City of Weiser reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City. Question Deadline 03/20/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing
