**As of September 29th, 2025, the project was awarded to Beniton Construction. Expected to go out to bid in mid-October.** The location of the construction project is the Weiser High School ("WHS"), near the athletic fields, 690 W Indianhead Rd., Weiser, ID 83672. Construction Management/General Contractor services shall be provided to WSD staff housed at WSD Administrative Offices located at 925 Pioneer Rd., Weiser, ID 83672. Respondent must be available for periodic in-person meetings at Weiser High School, EVstudio Offices, and WSD Administrative Offices. Statements of Qualification from qualified contractors to provide Construction Management Services to the Weiser School District. One Contractor will be chosen. WSD is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for construction manager as general contractor for a new student facility, located at the Weiser High School.
