Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Elizabethton, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of September 30, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Renovations to the existing Carter County Health Department, including site drainage improvements, sewer line improvements, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and finishes modifications. A five percent (5%) Bid Security is required. he successful Bidder shall provide a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, and a Roof Bond if it is a part of the bidding documents Achieve Substantial Completion of the Work as follows: 180 calendar days from and including the date stipulated in the Notice to Proceed, however note that the Work of Base Bid B must be complete prior to December 31, 2024 in compliance with the grant stipulations The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid or bids that are judged to be in the best interest of the Owner Question Deadline 08/16/2024 Bidders shall submit questions about the bidding documents to the Designer in writing. Questions must be received by the Designer at least six calendar days before the bid opening date. No addenda will be issued less than three calendar days before the Bid opening date.
