The existing elementary school will be maintained throughout construction as an occupied facility. This Bid package includes but is not limited to the following: selective demolition of the existing building as required for the new construction, new construction of 8 classrooms, supporting spaces, and bathrooms, and sitework to construct the building, accommodate minor stormwater management facilities, and minor utility improvements.
