Renovation of a municipal facility in Landenberg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Please refer to the Township website for instructions on how to attend the meeting. Question Deadline 08/12/2024 Bidders shall refer all questions, clarifications, interpretations and inquiries concerning the Bid Documents to Bruce Yost in writing by E-mail, bruceyostlbt@gmail.com, no later than four (4) days prior to the Pre-Bid Conference. No Addenda will be issued later than seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of Bids. The project of work is set forth on the plans and specifications prepared by the Architect. A bidder may submit a bid to perform the work on all the branches of work (general contracting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC), or a bid to perform the work for one or more specific branch of work. Work is to begin October 1, 2024, and completed by June 30, 2025. All proposals must be submitted upon the form furnished by the Township. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than 10% of the amount of the Base Bid. The bid guarantee may be in the form of a bid bond or a certified check. Only bid bonds from companies licensed to be business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will be accepted. This project is subject to the terms and conditions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The successful bidders, when awarded the contract, shall deliver (1) a Performance Bond or certified check and (2) a Payment Bond or certified check, each in the amount of 100% of the contract within 10 days. The Township reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids.
