** As of 06/03/2025 project has been awarded to Long's Asphalt Inc. with an amount of $29,062.50. ** Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $885.00 per calendar day on all projects. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not lest than 10% of the amount of the Base Bid. The bid guarantee may be in the form of a bid bond or certified check. Only bid bonds from companies licensed to be a business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will be accepted. The Municipality reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids. All proposals MUST be upon the form furnished by the Township. PROJECT 2: MILL/PATCH BASE REPAIR ITEM 1: Base Repair, mill & patch with 25mm Base 5 inch depth approx.. 750 SY. Project 2 materials will be provided by the Township. The Township will also provide a location to dispose of millings within the Township. The successful bidder, when awarded the contract shall deliver a Performance Bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of contract within 20 days. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
