Old Fire Hall and Electric Utility Building A Structural Condition Assessment for the building envelope: - All reviews, inspections, etc. performed by the Consultant must thoroughly document current conditions, code and regulation deficiencies, suitable working deficiencies, and prescribed scope of work to rectify all deficiencies. - Performance of any tests, destructive and non-destructive, as required. - Include a Class D Cost Estimate for the prescribed scope of work to rectify all deficiencies.
