Award amount is $2,647,291.95** The Work will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, providing all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and testing services for the Route 724/Peterman Road Intersection Improvements project as further described in the Contract Documents. This Project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the required form, certified check, bank cashier's check, or other security acceptable, to the Owner in the amount of 15% of the total Base Bid. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the Bid opening date except as permitted by law, and may not be withdrawn during this period. Bidders must Bid on all items listed on the Bid Form. The project involves roadway widening of roads; stormwater management/conveyance facilities installation; curb and sidewalk installation; traffic signal and signal appurtenances installation; maintenance and protection of traffic during construction; restoration of disturbed areas; roadway signing and pavement marking; all associated testing; and, final project area clean-up. B. Work for this project is located within both State and Township rights-of-way and easements acquired specifically for this project.
