Renovation of an office development in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
This project shall involve the design and renovation of an existing retail or office space to meet the needs of the program as outlined in the Home Support Space Program (Appendix H). The new Facility services will be located centrally at Surrey Central Business Park, 7565 132nd Street, Surrey, BC, Unit 112 and 114. The facility is anticipated to be approximately 6,305 (rentable) square feet and hence may vary minimally depending on the actual site conditions, design, and pre-construction surveying. It will be comprised of open workstations, communications room, meeting rooms, office spaces, training lab, and other related support services as outlined in the Space Program.
