The City of Surrey (the "City") invites Quotations from experienced and qualified Contractors for the provision of flow monitoring services on City sanitary sewer collection systems, data collection and supply and maintenance of associated equipment necessary for flow monitoring (the "Goods and Services"). The flow monitoring is required at the sites specified under Section 2, for the period of the Term. The Contractor shall provide to the City the draft final report no later than four (4) weeks after the end of the monitoring period and the final report and deliverables no later than eight (8) weeks after the end of the monitoring period.
