The County reserves the right to determine whether this may be brought against the County or its agent for its determination in this regard The awarded contractor to obtain any required business licenses and pay all applicable license fees associated with this work. The Spartanburg County Parks Department is seeking sealed proposals from qualified vendors to make improvements to the Community Building located at Boiling Springs Community Park. Proposer shall submit with their proposal a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal price. This bond may be in the form of Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bank Money Order of any national or state bank and shall be made payable to Spartanburg County.
