Renovation of a military facility in Surry, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Project Office Roof Replacement & Epoxy Floors, Surry Mountain Lake, Surry, NH. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the following work at the Surry Mountain Lake Project Office: a. Remove and properly dispose of the existing corrugated metal roof, install a new standing seam metal roof with snow guards and no exposed fasteners. b. Prepare and epoxy four (4) garage bays, a utility room, and a paint locker. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable NAICS code is 238160 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
