As of August 23, 2024, project was awraded to Bothar Construction, LLC with an awarded amount of $154,379.75. Document notes: Paper copies of the Bidding and Contract Documents may be obtained at the Town of Sanford Offices. One copy of the plans will be provided to potential bidders at no cost. Additional sets can be purchased for $10.00 each. Checks shall be made payable to the order of Town of Sanford. No refunds shall be issued for purchased Contract Documents. Digital (PDF) format Procurement and Contracting Documents can be obtained starting July 15, 2024 by contacting Chris Maby, Delta Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors, & Landscape Architects, DPC at cmaby@delta-eas.com. Bidders are welcome to print the digital documents at their own expense. Bidders will be required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
