Specifications: o The maintenance of all turf areas throughout the properties once every 10 days in the months of March -November and once every 15 days in the months of December-February. Maintenance includes: o Mowing of all turf areas SO yards from every school structure or building to include playgrounds and basketball courts. Turf area must be maintained for neatness and appearance. All trash is to be picked up prior to mowing to ensure neatness. o Edging of all sidewalks and curbs o Trimming "weed-eating" of all school structures to include playgrounds, trees, caged air conditioning units and basketball courts to maintain neatness and appearance. o Blowing of all sidewalks, curbs and paved areas o Weeding of all planted beds to maintain neatness and appearance o Trimming of all shrubs to maintain neatness and appearance o Weed control of all concrete and paved areas o The winning bidder will be obligated to sign in/out at the facilities on each appearance when work is performed and completed.
