Reference Number : 0000358179 Alarm Systems - Inspection, Testing, Maintenance, and Repair Contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision as specified herein to inspect, test, maintain and repair all fire alarm, closed-circuit television security systems (CCTV), security alarm systems and other alarm systems in various buildings. The bid is divided into two sections. Section 1 are the buildings at the Dr. Robert L. Yeager Health Center (YHC), Rockland County Fire Training Center (FTC), Pomona, New York and the Rockland County Government Center (CGC), New City, New York. Section 2 is the Rockland County Sewer District #1 (SWR) Orangeburg, New York in accordance with these specifications General Requirements - Certification/Training - Certified Payroll - FOB Destination - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: 2 - 1 Year Options The County of Rockland anticipates the sale of the Sain Building located at 18 New Hempstead Road, New City, NY 10956 at any time during the term of this contract. Alarm System Services for the Sain Building shall be terminated at that time with 30 days written notice The undersigned reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept any proposal or proposals as submitted, or as modified, which in the opinion of the undersigned will be in the best interests of the County of Rockland.
