This requirement includes manufacturing of custom cabinets, project management, delivery, and installation. For further detail, see attached documents. This project is located at 1 Jefferson Barracks Drive, St. Louis, MO 63125 All questions must be received by 07/25/2024. All questions submitted for this solicitation must be electronically sent to the following email address: timothy.fitzgerald@va.gov. Questions received after the stated cut-off date and time may be addressed at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Notice to Proceed: The Contractor shall be notified eight weeks prior to VA preferred installation date. Within one week of receiving NTP, the contractor must notify the VA if they cannot meet the installation date. Contractor will be responsible for all storage costs incurred if the schedule is delayed up to one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days.
