Reference Number: 0000358538 Qualified firms to provide engineering, site design, and architectural design services for development of a conceptual 30-percent design plans, for a new active recreation park in the Deerfield Area in Milton, Georgia. The selected firm will be expected to provide services in accordance with the project schedule established by the City of Milton. The City, at its discretion, may choose to negotiate the scope, fees, and schedule with the Consultant for the development of the full construction documents for the plans developed as part of this RFP.
