The City intends to construct a new active recreation park located along Deerfield Parkway in the vicinity of 300 Deerfield Parkway in Milton, Georgia Reference Number 0000358547 The City of Milton is requesting proposals from qualified Construction Management (CM) firms to manage the construction, provide technical review during the pre-construction period, and provide cost evaluation assistance to the consultant design team for development of a conceptual 30-percent design plans, for a new active recreation park in the Deerfield Area in Milton, Georgia. The goal is to successfully deliver the Deerfield Area Active Park with a target opening date of October 1, 2026. The City expects the Design Consultant and the Construction Manager to work cooperatively to maximize the value of the City's available funding to build a facility that will serve the City's needs for the next 30 years. All qualified proposals will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin.
