Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Milton, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Milton is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide engineering services for conceptual 30-percent design plans for improvements to SR 372/Birmingham Highway. The City intends to select a single consultant team to provide all the required services through this selection process. The selected firm will be expected to provide services in accordance with the project schedule established by the City of Milton. The City, at its discretion, may choose to negotiate the scope, fees, and schedule with the Consultant for the development of the full construction documents for the plans developed as part of this RFP. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. If the contract is awarded, it will be awarded to the highest scoring Offeror whose proposal meets the requirements and criteria set forth in the request for proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
