To bid on this contract, the Contractor must be listed on the current Georgia Department of Transportation Pre-Qualified Contractors list. All qualified bids will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin. The selected contractor must be able to start work within ten (10) calendar days after the "Notice to Proceed" is issued. The time of completion for the project is to be determined prior to the issuance of the "Notice to Proceed." If weather affects the required completion schedule, The City and selected contractor will negotiate a new completion date.
