Site work for a water / sewer project in New Braunfels, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project generally consists of the construction of approximately 3,187 total linear feet (LF) of PVC water line. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent (5%) of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 6.01 and 6.02 of the General Conditions. Question Deadline 08/09/2024 at 5:00 PM CT All questions must be submitted through Online Final Completion (90 Calendar Days) December 15, 2025 Start Construction September 16, 2024 A pre-Bid conference will not be held. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner will reject the Bid of any Bidder that Owner finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to not be responsible.
