Reference Number: 0000358930 Construction of the Landa Park Lake Dam Landa Park Lake Dam Improvements Improvements includes installation of a cast-in-place concrete wall along the toe of the dam, dewatering for and replacement of the pool inlet sluice gates and operating platform, removal of existing lifeguard stand platforms, placement of rock riprap in the existing auxiliary spillway, and sodding of the upstream portion of the auxiliary spillway. Days to Achieve Substantial Completion and Final Payment The Work will be substantially completed within 90 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Section 6 of the Project Manual, Article 2.03 of the General Conditions and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Section 6 of the Project Manual Article 14.07 of the General Conditions within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
