Site work and paving for a civil project in West Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The improvement includes restoration and stabilization of approximately 3,000 feet of streambank including earthwork, stone rip-rap, seeding, trees and shrubs, erosion control, sanitary sewer manhole adjustments, plug/abandonment of water wells, surface restoration, and necessary materials, equipment, labor, miscellaneous association work, and cleanup; all in accordance with the contract documents, including Plan File Nos. 664- 001/032, located along Sugar Creek, between Mills Civic Parkway and Stagecoach Drive in West Des Moines, Iowa. The City of Des Moines is pleased to provide accommodations to individuals with disabilities or groups and encourages participation in City government. To better serve you, please notify us at least three business days in advance when possible at 515-283-4209, should special accommodations be required. This project shall be fully completed not later than December 15, 2025 and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. Engineer's Construction Estimate. $2,330,930.00 Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. The Des Moines Metropolitan Wastewater Reclamation Authority (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids
