The City is soliciting proposals from qualified solar PV providers to design, engineer, build, operate, and maintain a turn-key installation of two 60kW DC and one 32 kW DC rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) projects at City Hall (60 kW-DC) located 2209 Center Point Parkway, City Library (25 kW-DC) and City Community Center (60 kW-DC) both located at 533 Sunhill Road. Respondents shall have demonstrated experience designing, planning, scheduling, permitting and constructing complete solar PV systems, have knowledge of local utilities, provide project financial analysis and rebate support, and provide system monitoring and maintenance. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Center Point in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount, but in no event more than $10,000. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds will be required from the winning proposer. The winning proposer will be required to obtain a business license from the City to operate within the Corporate Limits. The City of Center Point reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularity in the bids received, and to accept or reject any items of the bid for the benefit of the public. No conditional bids will be accepted. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of five (_5_) days after the scheduled closing date and time for the receipt of bids.
