Term: 08/07/2024 02:00 AM EDT - 06/30/2025 02:00 AM EDT Option: Four (4) 1-year options to renew Provide all the necessary and required custodial services at various school locations under Mesa County Valley School District 51, located in Grand Junction, CO 81501 ATTACHMENT A SCOPE OF SERVICES Perform all the necessary and required custodial Duties at various locations under Mesa County Valley School District as assigned by the Technical Rep. Minimum duties include: Daily/Nightly Empty wastebaskets/trash cans (change liners if needed) Empty pencil sharpeners Clean Floor (sweep/vacuum floors) Check lights and replace as needed Clean mirrors Clean and sanitize toilets, urinal and sinks Stock paper and soap dispensers Wet mop restrooms and locker room floors using disinfectant Clean and sanitize drinking fountains Clean entryways (inside and out) and vacuum entryway rugs/carpets Wet mop hallways Clean Windows Lock and secure all doors and windows Weekly: Clean chalkboards/whiteboards Perform high/low dusting Wet mop classrooms/offices As Needed: Clean desktops Dust blinds Clean marks off walls, doors, etc. Clean and sanitize phone ear and mouthpiece Miscellaneous: Know where shutoffs are for gas, electricity and water for the buildings and be able to shut off. Perform other duties as requested by Technical Rep as needed due to building use or other circumstances.
