SCOPE OF WORK: a. Perform drain line video inspections and provide underground drain/water line location services. b. Perform when requested inspection and pumping out tanks/interceptors, and unclogging sewer/drain lines to include hydro jetting services. c. Perform repairs and/or replace sewage ejection pumps, check valves, float switches and when requested provide quarterly inspections. d. Perform basic and/or major repairs of plumbing leaks or breaks; solder/Sil Fos copper pipe; mechanical iron "Victaulic fittings", cast iron, clay pipe, welded flange fittings/pipe, various valves, pressure regulators, backflows, gaskets, washers associated with domestic water, sanitary sewer and gas delivery systems. e. Perform repairs and/or replace kitchen, lavatory sink, shower/tub, utility sink faucets, handles, stems, seats, washers, drains, P traps, and associated fixtures. f. Perform repairs and/or replace both wall hung and pedestal mounted toilets, and urinals, flushometers, spuds, carrier brackets, closet rings, wax rings, and felt gaskets. g. Perform inspection, repairs and/or replace domestic water booster pumps, hot water circulation pumps, couplings, aqua stats, pressure switches, pressure gauges, minor system controls and lubrication as needed or specified by manufacturer. h. Perform repairs and/or replace pedestal or wall hung drinking fountains, bubblers, filters, filter assembly's and associated components. i. Perform repair and/or replace hot water heaters (up to 100-gallon capacity), temperature & pressure relief valve, gas control valve, thermocouple, electronic igniter, seismic straps, B vent pipe, and minor system controls.
