Site work and paving for a civil project in Lincoln Charter Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of August 15, 2024 project was awarded to B & Z Company for $882,097. The project starts after the labor day. The project estimated cost is $470,000. Lincoln Charter Township is soliciting sealed proposals for the West Glenlord Road Sanitary Sewer Project. The work includes 1,855 linear feet of 12" sanitary sewer, 274 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer 6 manholes, 320 linear feet of 4" sanitary forcemain and related work. Additional items include dewatering, traffic control, SESC measures, county road pavement removal and replacement, driveway and culvert removal and replacement and by-pass pumping. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond by a recognized surety in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total of the bid price. After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of Sixty (60) days. Lincoln Charter Township reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of Lincoln Charter Township. Questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the ENGINEER not less than seven (7) days prior to date of opening of Bids.
