Quantity Item 220 LF Silt Fence 330 LF Sanitary Sewer, PVC SDR 35, 8-inch 30 VF Sanitary Manhole, 48-inch 11.3 VF Outside Drop 5 EA Sanitary Wye, 8-inch by 4-inch 100 LF Sanitary Service, 4-inch 860 SF Retaining Wall Contractors on the Project shall be required to comply with the minimum wages in effect for the State of Wisconsin. The City of Black River Falls reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City.
