Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

All potential bidders must be certified by DOA prior to submitting bids on state construction 20 projects over $50,000. All bids received from contractors who are not certified will be rejected. The state will enter into a single contract with the lowest, qualified, responsible, certified general prime contractor and this general prime contractor will enter into subcontracts 33 with the successful MEP bidders. In general, the work consists of: construction of a Water Treatment and Storage Building. The Water Treatment and Storage Building will house Well 2, all chemical treatment systems, an iron removal system, two (2) water storage tanks, a booster pump skid, two (2) hydro-pneumatic tanks and all associated process piping, electrical, HVAC and plumbing. A new SCADA control system will be provided along with a 2 workspace that will function as an office/lab. The scope also includes the rehabilitation of the existing 3 wells, Well 2 and Well 3, and demolition of the existing wellhouses, wellhouses 2 and 3. Well 2 and Well 3 4 pumps will be replaced. A pitless adapter will be installed at Well 3, replacing the existing wellhouse 3. The existing chemical feed systems and hydro-pneumatic tanks located in the Main BRCC Building will be removed. The project sitework will include new water main, electric, LP service, building drain, and 7 backwash waste line construction to serve the new Water Treatment and Storage Building. Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted.
