The work to be done under the Base Bid consists of: furnishing all necessary labor, tools, materials and equipment required to reconstruct bituminous concrete sidewalks and ADA compliant concrete curb ramps with new granite curbing, minor drainage improvement, and milling and paving of Clapp Street, as well as safety controls and signing for construction operations and other incidental items included in the contract documents. The work to be done under the Alternate Bid No. 1 consists of furnishing all necessary labor, tools, materials and equipment required for milling and paving of Walnut Street, as well as safety controls and signing for construction operations and other incidental items included in the contract documents. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The bidding and award of this contract shall be in full compliance with M.G.L. c. 30S, 39M, as last revised. All Federal, State, and Town of Milton regulations in relation to Equal Employment Opportunity and Prevailing Wage Rates shall be complied with.
