Site work and paving for a civil project in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
Description: Stabilize eroded areas under pedestrian bridge and establish slope stabilization along the drainageway in Outlot 3 within the boundary of the referenced District. The work shall include small diameter storm sewer, concrete paving removal and replacement, retaining wall construction and seeding and erosion control measures. Each Bid shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or Bid Bond (on the form included with the Bidding Documents) in the amount of THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($3,100.00) and shall be payable without condition to SANITARY & IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 521 OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, NEBRASKA as a guarantee that the Bidder, if successful, will execute the Agreement and provide an acceptable Contract Bond from an approved surety in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price.
