The Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority (MECA) has a bid offering for a Lactation Pod at CHI Health Center Omaha. Question Deadline 08/02/2024 at 10:00 AM CT All inquires or clarifications to the RFB may be directed, by email only, to kshiers@omahameca.com. No phone inquiries will be accepted. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This bid is for one (1) portable, pre-fabricated, ADA compliant, lactation pod. Base Bid is for product and shipping only. The preferred manufacturer is Mamava. The preferred model is XL Pod, with standard finishes. Alternates may be considered as long as the alternate meets or exceeds the specifications of the preferred manufacturer/model. Bidder must provide a fully detailed specification sheet if proposing an alternate. Failure to provide a specification sheet may disqualify a Bidder's proposal. Product must be new with no used or refurbished parts. Bidders must disclose all pricing for a full and complete order. Sales tax must be included on it's own line. Delivery must be scheduled with MECA to accommodate the event schedule. Products must be shipped FOB Destination. Bidder must supply warranty information. MEC is also requesting optional pricing for assembly
